What it is
Microdosing is a uDOSE ritual, and one of many tools we use to help us tame our overgrown egos and regain control of ourselves.
It consists of a small dose of freeze-dried psilocybin mushrooms paired with niacin (B3) taken every 72 hours.

What it helps us do:
- Quiet down the chatter of our minds
- Connect with the deeper parts of ourselves
- Attain a sense of flow
- Foster a creative spark
- Feel more grateful
- Nurture togetherness

What it doesn't do:
- Miraculously turn our lives around
- Replace the heavy lifting needed to figure ourselves out
- Get you high
- Get you addicted
- Give your life meaning and direction

The research
Although there is plenty of positive research on the effects of psilocybin in higher doses (macrodose ritual), the studies on microdosing have been scarce. Some research touts positive outcomes such as a reduction in stress and anxiety along with enhanced cognitive functions and creativity, while others attribute them to placebo. What they all agree on is the safety of ingesting these mushrooms. For the rest, we are gathering anecdotal evidence on the primary and secondary effects a small dose of psilocybin, especially when paired with lifestyle changes and a strong motivation to heal and grow.
uDOSE is a religious entity focused around taming the Ego and reconnecting with God. We use all the tools at our disposal to further that aim. We try to create a community of people who are motivated to do better and share their experience. We encourage competition, collaboration, and open-mindedness.
