TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for your interest in µDOSE. We’re so excited to have you as a member of our community.

Member agrees to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement (“Agreement”) in their entirety:

The terms ‘Organization’ ‘µDOSE’ and ‘Holy uDOSE Corp’ are used interchangeably as to best reflect context and intent.

The terms ‘Program’ and ‘Microdose.me’, ‘Rise ‘n Shine’ ‘Herodose’, ‘Through the Glass’ and all other µDOSE Social Programs are used interchangeably as to best reflect context and intent.

The terms ‘Product’, ‘nootropic’, ‘course’, ‘content’, and ‘media’ and all other µDOSE material offerings are used interchangeably as to best reflect context and intent.

INTRODUCTION

µDOSE is a spiritual entity outlining Ego as root cause of human ailment and providing for rituals aiding in ego taming and control. Our online community provides for a means to connect people through interest in similar tools and rituals made available through various social programs.

µDOSE Community Guidelines

Our guidelines are not intended to limit anyone’s freedom of speech. We offer this community to advocate accountability, accuracy and honesty in the world of wellness blogging. The Code is designed as a set of guidelines, not a punishable set of laws.

1. We will be accountable

We will write about wellness with the care of a professional. We will not use the power of our blog as a weapon. We will stand behind our claims. If it is shown that any subject or substance is not factual, corrections, even omissions will immediately be made.

2. We will be civil

Keeping with the µDOSE philosophy, every post, every paragraph, ever letter is written with love and mercy in mind. Always.

3. We will be free to express

The only freedom that matters is the freedom to express yourself. Your thoughts, your questions,

comments, concerns. The very first amendment to the U.S. Constitution emphasizes its significance. The µDOSE entity cannot be, without this.

Freedom of Expression is mighty important to µDOSE, to any community. The rules here are crucial to a healthy community.

4. We will disclose gifts, comps and samples

When something is given to us or offered at a deep discount because of our blog, we will disclose that information.  As bloggers, most of us do not have the budgets of large publications, and we recognize the value of samples, review copies of books, and donated giveaway items. It’s important to disclose freebies to avoid be accused of conflicts of interest.

5. Community Rules

Member understands that Holy uDOSE Corp. does not endorse the use of illegal substances or any other illegal behavior.

Member understands that our µFLOW nootropic is a ritual intended for spiritual purposes only and that the Organization (including its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates) claims no responsibility for the consequences of the member’s actions. It is ultimately the responsibility of the Member (and only the Member) to make the final decision for his/herself on how to use the supplement (hence the ritual availability to adults only). By using µDOSE’s services and acquiring our µFLOW nootropic, client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from such a transaction. Client agrees that the Company will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from the use or misuse of any and all µDOSE rituals.

Member understands that other members, moderators, facilitators active in our community are not experts and are not required to provide clarity on information related to our µFLOW nootropic.

µDOSE PROGRAMS PROVIDING RELIGIOUS RITUALS INCLUDING PSYCHEDELIC THERAPY

MICRODOSE.ME & HERODOSE SOCIAL PROGRAMS

µDOSE (“Holy uDOSE Corp”) is a religious non-profit that provides people who are interested in our rituals involving psilocybin. µDOSE created µFLOW as part of a religious ritual intended to aid in one’s quest to tame ego. µFLOW includes a micro dose of psilocybin along with flushing form Niacin (vitamin B3). Niacin, in flushing form, is intended to serve as the ‘antibuse’ crucial to enacting this rite responsibly. You are meant to take only (1) pill every 72 hours. Taking more than a pill simultaneously will kick-start a Niacin flush with unfavorable consequences. This prevents our members from taking multiple pills simultaneously in an attempt to achieve hallucinogenic effects. To continue with responsibility in mind, our religious rituals involving psychedelics are only available to members after qualification, and is not meant to be shared with others, no matter the circumstances. Organization has created its Microdose.me and Herodose Programs for spiritual purposes only. The Programs include courses to guide you through the psychedelic journey. Courses, Age Verification, and signing off on the Terms and Conditions are a pre-requisite to acquisition of µFLOW nootropic and to participation in our Macrodose rituals. The programs also include a private channel to connect with fellow members and Organization Moderator to ask questions, interact, and share stories about Member’s experiences.

DISCLAIMERS FOR HOW TO USE PSYCHEDELICS AND HOW TO MICRODOSE

By partaking in our rituals, members understand that the Organization will do its best to provide thorough information, but that the organization cannot reasonably cover how to use every psychedelic for every medical condition and that there are an infinite number of situations members might find themselves in that might not be addressed in these courses, consent forms, & Terms and Conditions. Members understand that information related to psilocybin, and psychedelics in general, is severely limited and that, as promising as psychedelic therapy is, there is still much that needs to be understood and discovered. We must tread carefully.

Member hereby acknowledges that Member is solely responsible for the outcomes that Member generates by utilizing any ritual provided by our Organization. Member also acknowledges that the Organization cannot and does not guarantee that implementation of the µFLOW ritual will provide member with any particular results. Member also agrees that he/she is solely responsible for any personal decision that Member makes during or as a result of Member’s use of the nootropic, and indemnifies Organization from any liability regarding said decision.  

PROGRAM SPECIFICS

Microdose.me program, which includes the µFLOW nootropic, The Program includes weekly community huddles to keep up with all members partaking in our microdosing ritual. Although not mandatory beyond the mimimum required participation in one (1) meeting, ongoing participation is highly encouraged and recommended. In addition to the weekly huddle, Microdose.me members are highly encouraged and incentivized to complete our daily 1 minute questionnaire. Member understands that organization will do its best to offer these group calls at times that work for different time zones, but that it cannot be reasonably expected that µDOSE will be able to accommodate the schedules of every member in every time zone.

Organization reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the value of Program if reasonably required by the prevailing circumstances as determined exclusively by the Organization.

MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

The Program has been developed for religious purposes only. The Organization has established its proprietary Nootropic aid our members in ego taming. However, member hereby acknowledges that the Organization does not guarantee Member’s goals, whatever the goals may be, will be reached as a result of partaking in our Microdose.me Program. Member accepts and agrees that member is 100% responsible for his/her results from the µFLOW nootropic.

Nevertheless, Member acknowledges that he/she can optimize his/her potential results from the Program by adhering to the following:

Completion of all Program requirements, including course(s) completion, Consent & Terms and Conditions agreement, and Age Verification

Utilization of the Program’s private Social Group – if applicable

Taking 100% responsibility for Member’s results, 100% of the time.

PAYMENT & FEES

Upon execution of this Agreement, Member agrees to pay the Organization the full purchase amount for the nootropic, the only ‘payment’ option available being the µDOSE ‘points’ system. Member understands that the µDOSE ‘points’ system is of no real monetary value.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the inherent nature of our Microdose.me program, and the fact that the nootropic is acquired through no monetary means, there will be no refunds provided. The µDOSE ‘points’ system does not hold value outside of the parameters of our community. Points allow members to take part in community programs, rituals, courses, and activities.

NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidential Information & Non-Disclosure - Organization takes to heart its proprietary information included in µDOSE content in all its forms. As such, member agrees and acknowledges all Confidential Information shared through this program and by the Organizers is confidential, proprietary, and belongs exclusively to the Organization.

“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

Any systems, sequences, processes or steps shared with member;

Any information disclosed in association with this Agreement;

Any systems, sequences, processes, or trade secrets in connection with the program, nootropic or Organization’s spiritual practices.

Testimonials – Organization also agrees to protect member’s personally identifiable information. However, from time to time, Organization may use general statements about member’s success for testimonials as part of the Organization’s marketing strategy. By agreeing to these Terms, member agrees to Organization sharing member’s success stories as testimonials in any matter across any media at the sole discretion of Organization.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENSE

Intellectual Property -  This program and the related content shall be considered intellectual property owned by Holy µDOSE Corp. Other examples of intellectual property owned by Organization and within Organization’s products include, but are not limited to: trademarks, service marks, layout, logos, business names, course/program/module names, design, text, written copy, certain images, podcast recordings, workbooks, videos, audio files, and all of our products (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”).

Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of the Organization to the Member, nor grant any right or license other than those stated in this Agreement. Member acknowledges that his/her participation in this Program is for his/her/its single individual use. Customer shall not copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, create derivative works from, alter, sell, or share with others any products or courses or supplements or rituals or any parts of the Program without prior written consent or unless provided otherwise. 

If Member is also a business owner or professional in a similar industry, Member shall not misappropriate any of Organization’s Intellectual Property and proprietary information in the following manner:

Teaching Member’s clients/customers/audience any of the information, methods, solutions, or formulae owned by Organization and passing it off as Member’s own;

Copying any of Organization’s Program content and/or material for Member’s commercial use;

Copying, publishing, transmitting, transferring, selling, creating derivative works from, reproducing, or in any way exploiting any of the Intellectual Property owned by Organization in either whole or part without prior written consent. 

Sharing, transferring, selling, creating derivative works from, reproducing, or in any way exploiting any products acquired by Member from Organization through the Microdose.me Program in either whole or part without prior written consent.

INDEMNIFICATION / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Member hereby acknowledges that Organization is not liable for any injuries that may arise from Member’s actions, omissions, or decisions based off of Member’s participation in this Program or use of our µDOSE course, including but not limited to: a decision to purchase illegal substances, a decision to take illegal substances through channels outside of religious rituals of Organization, and a decision to use psychedelics recreationally for personal growth and/ or therapeutic reasons. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Organization of any claims that may arise after use of this Product. 

Access to this Program is currently through third-party platforms, LearnDash, BuddyBoss, and Gamipress. Organization is not liable for any limitation of access to the Program caused by these platforms.

MISCELLANEOUS

Amendments – We reserve the right to amend this Agreement from time to time. Any amendments must be agreed in writing and executed by both parties.

Headings & Severability – Headings are included for convenience purposes only and shall not affect the construction of this Agreement. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining portions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full effect. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, then the unenforceable portion shall be construed in compliance with applicable law in a light most favorable to the original intentions of the parties. If the unenforceable portion of the Agreement is found by a competent court of this jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then it shall be changed and interpreted to best reflect the original intentions of the parties, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement – This Agreement reflects the entire agreement between the parties. This Agreement trumps any other existing negotiations, communications or Agreements between the parties, whether written, oral, or electronic, and is the full extent of the Agreement between the parties.

Governing Law – Organization is located in the United States and is subject to the applicable laws governing the United States. The governing law for this agreement is the laws of Michigan.

Arbitration – Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be resolved through a binding arbitration. 

Execution – Member agrees to accept the above Agreement in its entirety when Member selects and confirms “I agree to the Terms & Conditions.”
