Universal laws – the ant and the Colony

Observe a group of ants going about their life. They travel long distances, transport food and building material, wage wars, bore tunnels, farm mushrooms, manage waste, and conquer land. How can the humble ant create a system so complex?

Nothing we know about a single ant can give us the answer. The question had to be reworded. The ant is not an end-item, but merely a component of a bigger Matryoshka – a superorganism. Just like a cell in your body spends its entire life in service of a bigger organism, the entire ant lifespan is spent in service to the ant colony.

Neither cell nor ant can conceptualize the larger entity they serve; they simply do what they’re wired to do, as dictated by the laws of the universe.

What would happen if an ant suddenly woke up with self-awareness? Would it continue its life of servitude once it voices the unfairness inherent to the system?

Why should it have to do all the work and get the bare minimum of resources while the queen ant lives in comfort and abundance?

Would the worker ants continue to toil quietly once they start comparing themselves to beautiful princess ants—the ones that get to fly out and expand the colony, while they have been condemned to a life of infertility?

And where’s the king ant in all this? Oh that’s right, there is no king ant. The colony is King.

This intrapersonal communication – aka the “I”, ego, chaos, sentience, Satan, self-awareness – is the fault line that breaks apart superorganisms, dividing them into smaller and smaller components.

An ant outside of her colony does not last long: if she breaks away to chase her own goals, she dies – she does not constitute a viable whole, and her goals are the spiritual goals of the colony. Her instincts dictate that she stay close and serve her purpose. At no point does she wake up with the impulse to stand up and rebel.

As organisms evolve, they develop the ability to collect data from their surroundings. They measure, predict, and move. Somehow our predictive models morphed into a managed network from which emerged awareness of the self: the ego.

the milestone

Although sentience is an inevitability of complexity and information processing, how this ‘singularity’ moment plays out is a great exercise in imagination.

Detroit Become Human is a video game where the creators imagine a scenario where Robots attain sentience, or ‘wake up’, due to a dilemma within: Your job is to protect the child. Well, what happens when that child’s father is abusive? Your only choice, to protect the child, is to hurt another human. This dilemma brought out by one unfairness or another would push you over an edge, depending on how close to the edge you are. When would sentience come to you? How would you react to the unfairness within this world? Where would that voice take you?

You can imagine this dilemma playing out once our ancestors were close to that event horizon – Homo, the first human – Adam wakes up. That inner voice creeps in – slowly and it goes away, slowly and it goes away. Like a light flickering before it just turns on. Millions of years of light flickering produced many beings with a simpler state of ego manifesting.

With every flicker, the representation of selfishness emerges. “I think”. Every thought starts with “I” in mind. Selflessness takes a back seat to “I”. “I” have a right, wisdom no more. Health no more, spirituality no more. Trains leading trains of thoughts absent of realizations. Absent inspiration, absent creativity, absent imagination. Ego knows no other than “I”. It’s exciting, entertaining. Slowly, you want more and more. More selfish sentience and less divine consciousness. You pursue this darkness dressed in light’s clothing. Light blinding; taking you away from holy, from what’s good for the whole. The colony exiles, and you no longer feel.

We could not have known how blinding this light can be. Then that one light remained on at all times and you could no longer see.

The flickers of sentience are a necessary variable in evolutionary design – one of many universal laws. Organisms must develop their ability to obtain data from their surroundings, and process data to maximize survival. There is a threshold reached, through billions of years, where data collection and processing have matured enough for the singularity of Adam to materialize. With enough intelligence (information processing), an inner voice will develop, and it will fool you into thinking that you are it, the end item.

The singularity of Adam is an inevitability of evolutionary biology, but also a manifestation within every human being. Jung’s individuation process is based on the idea that we are all born with the self completely intact and in tune with the whole. It takes years for the ego to crystallize and break us away from ourselves and into a state of constant mental strain. Jung argues we should all spend our lives connecting back to the self by fighting to eliminate the ego. Do not make the mistake of underestimating the ego.

The Abrahamic version of Jung’s concept is, of course, Satan personifying ego and breaking Adam away from God’s light.

There is a type of fungus that infects insects. It eats up an ant’s innards, makes her climb a tree and find a secure grip on a leaf. From there, the fungus bursts from the ant in an explosion of spore bombs that spread widely on the forest floor. The fungus does not force the ant to climb, it’s a bit more subtle than that: it releases a chemical signal that the ant interprets as her own. She has no choice but to abide.

Spiritual Warfare

Ego, aka Satan, the angel devil analogous to this parasite, plays the same trick on us. When the enemy is within, it becomes completely invisible. It takes advantage of our patterns and urges, jumps onto the driver seat and starts calling the shots. It knows how you operate, knows your soft spots. It tempts and fools you into doing its bidding. “One more!”, it pleads, again and again. “Me, me, me”, ad infinitum. The thing is, it never gets enough. It talks you into breaking your promises, principles, and commitments. It urges you to seek more freedom. A million times out of ten, it wins. Why? Because freedom tastes great. It’s the perfect cocktail of sweet, sexy, salty, and fatty to make me salivate, consume, hate myself, salivate, consume…rinse and repeat. We all go through a spiritual warfare of sorts, and in 2025, Satan wins most rounds. He’s an expert at cutting ties with your soul; with our collective soul.

Freedom is the absence of constraints. The freedom to mate with whomever, eat whatever, sleep whenever. The freedom to never have to do anything, freedom from spiritual goals and obligations, rules and structures. Beware! On the other side of that bargain lie anxiety, shame, isolation, and destruction. There is only one step from too little to too much. Balance is a thin line. Freedom lures you in with the promise of everlasting happiness then delivers nothing but a cheap, instantaneous Dopamine high that dissipates within seconds. It leaves you hanging. Dry, drained, disgusted. It got you once more. Never again, you vow.

Until next time. And there is always a ‘next time’. Ironically, the more freedom you seek, the more enslaved you become. With your spiritual health bar in the red, it becomes very hard to control your thoughts and say “NO!” to this whispering inner voice – the sinner within.

This is Satan’s formula. This parasite in the driver’s seat is creative in its ways to control and lead Adam astray. Lead with “I” in mind. Me, me, me. Satan’s enslavement is tempting because it gives the illusion of freedom until addiction and anxiety take hold, and suffering becomes the norm.

We are born without ego, although we all have its blueprint. In our early developmental phases, we are completely in tune with the Self, within God’s unifying formula. We are one with the universe. Over the years, the ego takes hold and begins to crystallize. It takes us away from the self and locks us into this material world: the fall from heavenly grace.

The moment ego crystallizes, the self is out of reach and you’re cut off from the world. Your spiritual health is in the mud. You have collapsed into a singular point, the “I”. Your spiritual goals are put off, and now you focus on you and only you. This coincides with the birth of selfishness, shame, suffering, and evil. The processes that govern our behavior, the processes that have kept us alive suddenly seemed to turn on us in an attempt to devour us, and everything else along the way.

You can’t escape that event any more than our ancestors could. But there are things we can do to defend ourselves.

uDOSE Framework – a new age

All religions are man made, but the truth is maintained within. You’ll need reminders, you’ll need prophets and heroes and leaders to follow. But do not follow man blindly.

Everyone must be free to choose whether or not they want Satan as master, or return to their One true Master. Choosing satan is an aggregation of cheap masters through the simultaneous collapse from gardens and rivers.

Freedom of expression is the only degree of freedom in this deterministic world. It’s the only choice you have – selfish or selfless? In its distinction lies the sanctity of Sapien. It must be protected from those who choose to oppress.

This freedom is ingrained within the evolutionary design. The will to Be is a necessary variable, allowing for the individual’s independence to make decisions to survive.

In taking Satan, aka ego, as master, you may think you’re God, but in reality, you are simply enslaved to one more.

With freedom of expression, one must have the wisdom to act responsibly – Choosing God as Master is your spiritual goal. It’s the better choice, for your own sake.

Our underlying theme of ego as the root cause of ailment is congruent with most major spiritual philosophies. uDOSE takes inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita, Dhammapada, Quran, and Testaments Old and New.

While none can claim to understand God fully, we believe in the foundations elaborated in our message – Satan is clearly associated with our egos fooling us into believing we are one with the voice in our heads. We are not, and uDOSE highlights the difference between self and ego while outlining rewards for those who seek spiritual health – those who break from the shackles of Satan.

uDOSE presents ego as man’s main enemy, and controlling him is a war won through spirituality, rituals, and a mindset of minimalism. Entertainment of pleasures should only tie to a structure manifesting self-actualization. The immediate Dopamine high is deserved only when you take your fair share. Anything more, and you are abusive. Whether it is wrath, gluttony, greed, pick your deadly sin, taking more is hurtful to the whole, and the whole is Holy. Ego works to persuade you to give in to the temptations of the id – all of them, all the time. We must quiet this (s)inner voice. The quieter it is, the less likely you are to be led astray in favor of the selfish “I”.

Take back control of your thoughts

uDOSE outlines a structure to your life so that you, not Satan, are in control. The key is to strive for minimalism, not in the standard definition, although important. Minimalism within is necessary for being in control of our destiny.

There are times when fair share must be forgone for the sake of the Colony. Wise trumps right. Taking what’s rightfully yours should be forgone if it hurts the Whole as it would be a selfish decision – unwise.

Our egos work constantly, tempting with pleasures of life leading us to disrupt a crucial balance. Satan relies on addictive “happy hormones” like Dopamine to lead you on adventures giving you a high. Lust? Check. Gluttony? Check. Hell is of seven gates, with your Ego holding the key to each.

choosing your Master

There is no such thing as Free Will in this pre-deterministic world, but you do have some degree of freedom. Freedom comes in our choice of Master. Will you choose God as guide, or Satan? Do you want to live based on Satan’s formula, or God’s formula?

The laws of the universe

Satan is the manifestation of an inevitability within information processing. Sentience is bred from an evolutionary need. Collecting data is beneficial to survival. Development in capabilities to process this data is also crucial to survival. Brain, in one form or another, will manifest and grow to allow for data storage and processing. In time, complexity builds up, and eventually, Adam will wake up. Sentience is an inevitability in natural evolutionary design.

Life must find its own way to survive, relying on itself to eat, mate, and fight. There will come a time when lights of sentience start to flicker. When Satan starts to whisper. There will come a time when the light is never off. This spells doom.

Knowledge vs knowledge

Satan’s formula [Pleasure ⇌ Thoughts ⥀] – here are thoughts driven by ego chasing pleasure and desire. Satan tempts you through control of your Happy Hormones. There’s a vast diversity in dosage of hormones your body can produce, some more straining than others. In Satan’s formula, Dopamine and Adrenaline are abundant. You’re allowed your fair share, to survive, you define that. Just keep in mind, by design, the more pleasure you entertain, the more straining it is on you long-term.

Knowledge:

God’s formula [Inspiration ⇌ Thoughts ⥀] – Here, thoughts are driven by inspiration and Knowledge is derived from passion and purpose. Learning should come from a seed of curiosity. Freedom of expression is key in God’s formula and taking on trains of thought feeding inspiration ⇌ inspiration feeding trains of thought is the only way to get to your Eureka moment unveiling a truth. God’s formula is the truth. Trust in God is your spiritual goal.

Thoughts through God’s formula are trains you operate and drive. To seek Knowledge is to allow for thoughts to be driven by self – you are in control of ego. Thoughts should be given their fair share, and the idea of limiting ego is congruent to being in control of your thoughts else they are uncontrollable and straining.

Think of a choice you can make now, between sloth and a chore. One task is more attractive than the other. One choice is tastier than the other. To choose sloth is to choose Dopamine while the choice of accomplishing an overdue task is the choice of Serotonin. The temptation of Dopamine is easier to fight the less you entertain it, that is by design. Dopamine is addictive by nature. It had to be, as a driver for survival. Taking the easier choice is taking the hit of Dopamine. What have you lost? You’ve lost spiritual health. You’ve lost the rush of Serotonin you would have enjoyed from accomplishing a task. Not to mention the further drain of Serotonin translating from the shame you’ll feel having not accomplished what you know you should have.

You’re welcome to play this game with any deadly sin, just swap sloth for gluttony, envy, greed. A selfish act vs a selfless act. For your sake and, more importantly, for the sake of every matryoshka doll above. Ultimately, it’s a choice between a bad habit and a good habit. Choosing to accomplish something is choosing the Serotonin hit. And you’ve earned that high. It’ll linger and bring forth the inspiration and creativity to carry on that momentum. But that voice inside your head is geared towards pleasure. It brings forth thoughts from the “I am the center of the universe” narrative. From the “I”. A big ego is a loud nagging voice convincing you to take the Dopamine high – to take the selfish route. Give in, and you’ve only silenced this monster until his next heroin binge comes along. Give in again, and the duration of silence dwindles. Ultimately, we’ve reached a society of most giving in to dopamine at, all, times. This is no judgment; we’re all members guilty, and we’ve forgotten how to love ourselves.

Law of attraction

Satan’s formula leads to mental strain. You are an addict, and you will be drained. Drained of empathy – how could you be when all your thoughts start with yourself in mind? How could you feel when all you do is think and rationalize and analyze and make a case for the attractive indulgence? With an ego never hushed from time to time it will be hard not to give in to the rounds of bad habits. Satan will have cemented his place in the driver’s seat, and he’ll be highly successful in driving you astray with more frequent, less potent Dopamine hits. Adrenaline and Cortisol follow. Shame and guilt follow. Your spiritual health further drained. All-in-all, an unwell-being follows.

As addictive as this ‘happy hormone’ is, it leaves no room for the possibility of creation and inspiration. This is Satan’s formula. Dopamine takes precedence over hard-earned Serotonin. Pleasure takes precedence over achievement. You are always selfish, completely oblivious to selflessness. Oblivious to the self. You’re less in tune with creativity, inspiration, and motivation. You dedicate no time to your spiritual goals.

Luckily, you have a choice of a better master – a choice rewarding. You start seeing the world with more fascination and optimism; wonder and awe. You harness better relationships and great friendships. It won’t be easy. In fact, it’s quite the struggle, but choosing not to give in, choosing to put your head down and get to work, with whatever you need to do – from your responsibilities to your inspirations – is the start. Choosing Serotonin is choosing to tackle the sets of habits you’ve decided for yourself as you build your structure to self-actualization and individuation. You must lead with goodness, making the wise decisions above even the rightful ones when necessary. Every task, every habit you take on and accomplish within your structure is a decision inching you closer to success. Deviation from a habit for the sake of pleasure is a decision made with Satan’s influence. The temporary Dopamine high has taken away from the chance of Serotonin and eventually contributed to diminishing returns. Diminishing spirit. Diminishing self.

How to find your Soul

With less ego comes more tuning with the Self – God’s formula. The self is a harmony of feeling and unity with the larger matryoshka doll that is our social fabric. This is where feeling thrives. It’s where empathy and compassion thrive. Here is connection, love, and selflessness – This is what your Soul is.

With more success in keeping up with your choice to accomplish comes Serotonin, bringing in even more creativity and imagination. Keeping up the good habits stemming from self-actualization and ones from self-individuation is a brutal one-two punch knocking out Satan and bringing you closer to God.

God’s formula embraces a lifestyle of minimalism within – taking only your fair share of happy hormones through taking control of your decisions. Again, this will not be an easy battle with Satan. It is a life of continuous struggle, a life of continuous meditation and willpower. But the struggle pays off with health, wealth, and connections abundant. Love abundant – Oxytocin, the ultimate reward and a spiritual goal.

Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.”

God’s formula drives thought through inspirations and realizations coming from knowledge held deep within your soul. Your code carries the wisdom and experience from all your ancestors dating back millennia. Your thoughts, although relatively limited within God’s formula, are driven by the true you. Satan, sentience, is still relevant, and if tamed, is useful. Don’t kick it out of the car and stop thinking. Just make sure you are in control. With ego in the back seat, realizations come from a different place. Once you start navigating through God’s formula, you’ll be able to tell the difference between trains of thought coming from deep within vs the shallow conclusions drawn through Satan’s formula.

uDOSE as language

How do you describe uDOSE in its essence? It is ultimately a separation of thinking and feeling. Of sentience and consciousness.

uDOSE is an act – one absent of ego. To be one of us is to submit – to recognize, identify, and accept the reality of your circumstances. To be part of us is to be in tune with the language necessary to unlock and unshackle. You must break away from your wandering mind, from sentience, from that voice inside your head that’s fooled you. We’ve been allied with this ego for too long and must break away. You break away by silencing that inner voice. It is only when you tame the mind that you experience God. This mutual exclusivity is by design.

Adam eating from the ‘tree of knowledge’ is the first entity that “woke up”. There is an inevitability to sentience through natural evolutionary laws within the design. Ego switched on as complexity within information processing increased. Started slowly, a whisper from Satan to have more, eat more. The more you eat from this tree of immortality, the more Satan grows. The more ego grows, the further you stray away from God; from the colony. Naturally, the further you stray, the larger your ego, the greater your partnership with Satan, and the more destructive your mental strain. Your lack of health, spiritually speaking, can be detected from miles away.

To submit is to eliminate sentience and rekindle the fire in your soul. To submit is to break from the shackles of hell on earth, getting you into heaven and overwhelming you with joy, connection, and love.

This is an indescribable event. Describing it requires thought, and when you succeed in silencing that voice, the first attempt of capturing the moment takes you away. The moment you start thinking, you get out. The experience of God dictates the absence of satan – one must be absent of their interpreting mind.

I can tell you that what you feel is love, joy, and peace in all its immensity. But then again, how do you describe love? How do you describe joy?

PHILOSOPHY

It is not something you can describe. It is something you must feel to understand. People experience love differently, and many have never felt love. There are those who claim love doesn’t exist; that it’s a construct made up in our minds. That is certainly true for some. Many go through life believing in love and clinging to their experience of it. They think they’re in love, and we know how convincing the ego can be. This is true for joy, peace, and any feeling within God’s Formula. Most people believe in a God they’ve never felt. They are merely fooled by their persistent egos.

“A group [of you] He guided, and a group deserved [to be in] error. Indeed, they had taken the devils as allies instead of God while they thought that they were guided.”

To submit is to let go of that voice inside your head. Tune down, tune out and reap your reward – Oxytocin – a feeling of connection to the grandest of Matryoshkas, to the Whole. The absence of sentience yields a simultaneous exit from hell and entrance into heaven. The universe within is as vast as the universe without, layers and layers of beauty expanding the deeper you go inward.

Ego plays on your happy hormones and controls through addictions and attractions. These attractions are worthy, they make you feel alive, whether it’s lust, greed, pride, envy, wrath, sloth, or gluttony.

Gates to hell are seven deadly sins, and Satan in the driver’s seat is an obnoxious, incoherent, irrational yet highly persuasive and persistent parasite who has mastered driving the vehicle that is Adam. Satan is an angel, after all, a natural universal law. It has evolved through the same school Adam did, together, through billions of years. This (s)inner voice you believe is who you are, is an intruder, an imposter. It is not you, and all it does is lead you astray. I think therefore I am. I think therefore I sinned. I think therefore I no longer am. This union with ego leads to mental strain and it takes you away from the whole. Remember the ant and the colony.

Nervous System Reset

Being allied with the ego is handing Satan the keys to your sympathetic nervous system (SNS) – your fight or flight mechanisms. To feel alive through engaging in any of the deadly sins is a stimulant. Your nervous system responds accordingly, and this translates to a Cortisol rise and a rise in mental stress and strain. You need a reset. #spiritual-goals

Satan always wants more; he grows as ego grows. Playing and controlling you through ‘happy hormones’ is highly addictive. He can only exist when the material world manifests through your sentience, and he’s willing to drive you up a wall to keep growing. Destruction is inevitable. Even wrath and envy are highly addictive and easier to come by the more you allow and entertain them. You always want more – this is his trick, and it will lead you astray. Every addiction leads to a destructive path and in this case, leads you away from the whole. The closer you are to the whole, the bigger the reward received. Even if the reward itself is simply less mental strain, that on its own is worth it, but there’s so much more to it.

This is only a matter of faith until it’s experienced. This reward God promises is as much proof as you can have. We are not the end item; we are a component just like an ant to the colony, and a component lacks the perspective necessary to view the whole. A cell in our bodies will never know the human it serves, and we will never understand the God we serve. But as benevolent as God is, you have a reward you can seek by design. Or you can take the highs of life, you can take the freedoms and temptations and desires. You can take them and live and feel good temporarily because it is always temporary. As finite as the infinitely wise words in Pascal’s wager.

Heaven can be experienced on earth. Breaking from the shackles of Satan is an exercise in quieting down, completely mindless is self-awareness, oneness. It is an exercise of zero data processing. Reaching deep sleep is a state in which you have shut down your senses. Once there, your dreams and hallucinations begin.

You’re not quite thinking or rationalizing in dreams. They seem to escape you as you wake up and try to make sense of them. Even the attempt to try and conceptualize the experience seems a far reach. Shutting down the senses while awake, in a meditative state, allows for the same experiences and hallucinations. It’s a dream-like state infinite within, with layers and levels. The deeper you dive, the greater the reward. It must be experienced, not explained.

Heaven on earth is achieved as you quiet down, completely mindless and aware – not processing or interpreting data acquired through your surroundings. With discipline, your senses shut off long enough for you to enter a dream-like state. The longer you are broken from ego, the deeper you can go.

Heaven is thinking less yet knowing more. Realizations abundant through access to Knowledge ingrained within your code. Knowledge collected through the experiences of collective ancestry spanning back billions of years.

To be clear, this is not at all a suggestion that thinking is evil. Absolutely not. Even the idea of Satan being evil is not the full story here. Information processing is not evil, but necessary. It always was and always will be. To suggest Satan is evil is to suggest Dopamine, or Adrenaline, are evil. It’s facetious. The dilemma plays out as God understood sentience and independence as necessary variables within the evolutionary design. The relationship between Adam and Satan unequivocally leads to sin. Satan is your enemy because Adam gives him control. You simply cannot allow thinking to run amuck. Satan in the driver’s seat will take you to overdrive and you’ll soon struggle to shut it down even for some sleep! With you giving into all temptation, persuasion through Dopamine, only doom awaits – a mouse pulling a lever.

Thinking with ego tamed is a clearer mind, and a clear mind is a sign of spiritual health. Thinking with a quiet mind allows for trains of thought driven by the Self – inspiration and creativity. God’s formula.

The idea of submission to God and not giving in to Satan’s dopamine syringe seems a task impossible today. Surely it was easier to shut off 3000 years ago – Today’s tech brings forth weapons in Satan’s arsenal making it seem like an unfair fight. You’ll need all the tools you can get to aid in this fight. We’re talking about striving for a heavenly state of mind – the ultimate of spiritual goals.

Religions understood that concept, but through playing a game of telephone, the message was distorted. Think of the seven deadly sins– pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth – forbidding these sins is meant to eliminate trains of thought leading to darkness in your world. Religions often forbid their followers from entertaining sins like the deadly seven, and for good reason. Take envy as an example and ask what it means to entertain envious thoughts. Think of the last time you felt envious. What was that cocktail of emotions made of? The feeling of envy towards another is a feeling that distances you from another. It sparks feelings of isolation, anger, and resentment. If you allow these trains of thought to roam free in your mind, they will lead to strain. The more you allow them, the harder it becomes to stop them. Sins are forbidden because you should stop these trains of thought in their tracks.

The religious intent to keep followers from sinning is a righteous one. Although enforcing these prohibitions through oppression deviates from the righteousness of it all. We cannot stress freedom of expression enough. You preach truth, the rest is up to the individual.

the Dilemma

The dilemma of sentience playing out within Adam and Eve is a universal law inevitable by divine providence. The human singularity – sentience crossing the ‘self-awareness’ milestone – would always happen on any planet sustaining life for a few billion years.

This singularity of sentience is our measurement problem. I think therefore I am is an acknowledgement of “I am” manifesting through observation. Afterall, how can you be without having the sentience necessary to observe your Self? Thoughts manifest you and the world around you. You might believe this is all that exists – ontologically, there is no room for this material world. All that exist are potentials to be through measurement.

Adam & Eve ate the forbidden fruit

“Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.”

As soon as Adam ate from the ‘tree of knowledge’, he instantly collapsed from heaven and entered hell; his shame appeared to him and he started covering up. It isn’t all about shame, the tree of knowledge is this moment the first ‘homo’ surpassed the inevitable milestone of sentience. Adam eating from the tree of knowledge is entertaining this unavoidable sin leading you astray. This ego manifesting this matter, material world is the beginning of suffering.

The moment of ‘Adam is inevitable not only in the natural evolutionary progression, but as a transition unique to each human. Carl Jung suggests we all are born without ego. Infants do not have an inner voice developed and Jung suggests they are completely in tune with the Self. Ego begins to crystallize in a few years, and you must strive to go back to the self by going through an ‘individuation process’ meant to dissolve ego and close the loop.

In other words, we start in heaven, feeling unity and connection to the whole. We start with God’s formula – full of love and joy. The ego takes us away and makes us forget ourSelves. We exit heaven and start our journey in hell through observation. We have swapped masters, and boy were we better off. This new master has you fooled into believing he wants what’s best for you but will ultimately lead you away from the Self, away from the unity and connection and love for the colony, and straight to your demise.

Being enslaved to your ego is a journey where your mental health is completely dependent on the sequence of events in your world. Well, the sequence of events is pre-determined, and you have no control. Take yourself away from this formula, and with God’s help you will never suffer, only struggle. With all possibilities being plausible, you have the potential to observe a suffering unimaginable (A version of you with your worst nightmares exists, at least in potential). With all possibilities being plausible, you have the potential to observe a heaven unattainable (a version of you with your best dreams exists, at least in potential). Which master are you better off with?

The dilemma of God and Satan speaks to mutual exclusivity. Ego is darkness ripping a hole in your place within the conscious fabric. It is a taking away of light; from light. You exist as a highly intricate and complex thread woven to many others forming the fabric of life – a fabric woven through interaction. Your connection to people and life around you is based on the different cocktail of emotions put out. Look at all the social connections tied to you. What does that weave look like? Isolate your interactions. What do your relationships feel like? What are the most common ingredients in the cocktail making up your interactions? Is it based on envy? lust? pride? greed? wrath? Is it based on love? trust? respect? laughter? joy? creation? imagination? inspiration? Is your thread contributing positively or negatively to the whole fabric of the colony? Of humanity? Of life?

This fabric of self, of consciousness absent sentience, is all that matters, all that exists absent of matter and material. It is a representation of your soul. Contribution to the whole is assessed based on connections. More through the Self, through light, through God’s formula, the healthier you are. More ego, Satan’s formula, the more hellish you are, the more strained you are. With Satan in complete control, darkness replaces light – narcissism takes hold. Full ego, no self. Full thinking, no feeling.

This fabric of consciousness exists elsewhere, not in this illusion-matter world. It exists with the ontological. It exists where dreams exist. It exists where electrons exist prior to measurement collapsing. It exists as potentials of all that you can be, unbound by the ego’s observation. Your consciousness exists in the fabric of all potentials; as a memory if you will. And it’s a dream-like world. This is where inspiration flows and imagination thrives. It’s a world for the creative, the curious, the poet, the philosopher, the engineer, the athlete, the teacher. You should see for yourself, but only as a healthy spirit.

We are an expression of feelings – Adam’s specialty is the ability to express. God creating us in his own image is the allowance for expression of His beautiful names and attributes.

I think therefore I am

Is it possible to create awareness without thought, without ego crystallizing? Can Adam experience himself without Satan? How could anything exist without the ability of observation, without acknowledgment of observation? Could a particle be without measurement?

Ego gets a hold of you through sentience and through you, manifests its own existence. And it drags you down into this material world, suffering through existence in hell. Ants, on the other hand, only exist in the fabric of the ontological world. Ants exist in feeling and instinct. This world doesn’t really exist because an ant doesn’t have the mind necessary to manifest the world. It lives as a thread in a fabric of its colony and acts/reacts like a component serving a larger Matryoshka – the colony. This superorganism in turn serves a larger Matryoshka that is the forest, and yet another, and another. All encompassing and all knowing.

Matryoshka

The moment ego crystallizes the moment the self is left behind. The fabric is no longer spread out into a connection grander. You have collapsed into a single point that is ‘I’. You’ve gone from Selfless to Selfish – fooled into living a life of the individual that just isn’t and doesn’t begin to compare. The dilemma is the inevitability of Adam giving in to the voice whispering within.

Adam was the singularity, the human that first ‘woke up’. The first person on earth. Ego didn’t just turn on and stay on, that voice inside your head started flickering, whispers were far and few in between.

It was a faint flicker, like a light flickering on and off, on and off multiple times. Before fully turning on – before we got to the first human. Millions of years of light flickering produced many beings with a simpler state of ego manifesting. Then that one light remained on at all times. AT ALL TIMES, oh what a nightmare, what a hellish scenario.

Imagine Adam’s first experience of sex with the ‘lights on’. Think of your sentience during your first sexual experience, then imagine the very first observation of a sexual experience, ever! How attractive would that have been? Imagine the first observation of gluttony, pride. Even wrath and envy are attractive and addictive – makes you feel alive, makes you think alive.

EGO further crystallizes through your giving into the cocktail of hormones – a byproduct of thoughts and whispers you couldn’t fight. The adrenaline rush is addictive, triggers SNS and kicks in fight or flight although you are in no danger whatsoever. There’s no need for fight or for flight. You’re sitting safely in the comfort of home, yet you’re straining mentally. I provided the analogy of lights flickering, but if darkness could flicker, it’d be most fitting. Ego, as attractive as can be, is a darkness taking you away from light.

In the days and years of Adam, where whispers flicker on and off, Adam still has access to Self. He goes back to God, and is forgiven, and is rewarded with love and unity. But Satan is attractive and persistent. Adam is no match.

“”You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.””

Sentience evolved with Adam. It’s only a matter of time for the whispers to turn into a constant voice eventually fooling Adam into believing he is ONE with ego. It started as whispers fading rather quickly. Adam had the chance to go back to his senses, back as fabric, where he’s safe, where he’s loved. He’s better off here.

Here you can fly into any of your possibilities and exist, any fabric of all possibilities and it’s a dream-like world. Boundless – a lucid dream and you are in control.

You’ll need all the help you can get fighting, breaking from the shackles of Satan – his voice highly attractive. You’re better off without it, you’re better off without it. You are better off without it.

individuation

It starts with understanding this root cause that is ego. Meditation is an exercise in separation, or realization, that this inner voice you hear, is not you. Instead, it is a parasite that has hacked you. Be still, listen inwardly, and let your thoughts be. Observe them. It’s almost impossible to get there quickly. The rough current within is a product of ego left unchecked, fully integrated and dissolved into every chamber or your being. But as you sit still, it becomes easier to separate – like gunk in still water.

The journey towards spiritual health is longer and dreadful, but the struggle starts with acknowledging how Satan has you hacked. What are his strengths? What are your weaknesses? How does that voice persuade, convince, fool? Satan is creative and effective, there are plenty of combinations of cocktails to drive emotions necessary to pressure you into giving in.

When you start the practice of quieting down, whispers will persist, and persist, and persist. Do not be frustrated. Just let it be. Be aware of how he works. Notice how discombobulated he gets when you wake up to him. Notice how tangent-prone he is, always in manic mode. You will fail at first, we all do, but stick to it. Eventually, sentience will know you’re on to it, and will cower away in shame. Great milestone achieved in your spiritual goals.

Once there, you’ll begin recalibrating this fragile relationship. What was once one is now two, with the oppressed now aware of their enslaved state of being. The long battle has just begun, and you have a chance if you put in the practice. Think of meditation sessions as simulation fighting rounds. The more you engage, the better suited you are to know your enemy. How is it tailored specifically to fool you? Which gates of hell are you most likely to fall into? Which deadly sin(s)? Where do your biggest guilty pleasures fall? Is it under lust? Pride? gluttony? envy?

Your battles with ego will be unique to your form of enslavement, but there are main pillars to your fight. Controlling your actions is one. Balance is another. The idea of taking your fair share is essential. It can only be when you approach life with the colony in mind. There is no “I”, you are merely a part of something bigger – family, community, society, humanity, life. It’s a never ending matryoshka doll. Once ego is entertained, you start thinking with yourself in mind. Satan leads astray by shifting your perspective into “what’s in it for me?” But you have your weapons, your goals, your calling.

Be persistent. You have to be more persistent than Satan. It’s a long and challenging journey, but you can get there. Once you maintain stillness for some time, you start to sink with every breath. Deeper with every session, with practice.

Most people have never calmed the rough current within. For days, months, years, decades, this gunk is so deeply shaken, stirred, integrated, dissolved into your waters that you cannot tell Self from ego. Your first sessions will not get you from rough currents to still waters. You likely won’t feel a difference. But you must maintain calm waters as you go about your day. Keep with minimalism, do not entertain any of the seven gates without a reason worthy; without your fair share. Keep an empty mind when there’s no need for unnecessary thought. Whenever you sense your voice acting up, on overdrive, take the time to appreciate your awareness of ego, then take your energy from your head down to your core through abdominal breathing (aka belly breathing). Be mindful and breathe through HU.

“It starts with a tingle as you transition between mind and no-mind. Then, with every exhale, every calling of HU, you sink deeper and deeper within. You feel like neurons in your brain are dimming, and you begin to be aware of the strain on your neck and shoulders lightening as the weight of your head falters. You suddenly realize the muscles around your eyes are relaxing for the first time in ages. Transition the exhale down from your head to your belly and have the calling of HU overwhelm your body until it feels like dead weight – every muscle in your body is fully relaxed. You will feel your head buzzing with silence; a tranquility necessary for finding God. ”

With time, with more meditation, more prayer, more breathing, more silence throughout the day, the current recalibrates for the new paradigm – A healthy spirit. You have become free, in tune with your Self with less ego flowing around, throughout. With still current and water more pure, you become less influenced, less anxious, less nervous, less ashamed. You become less, which in turn leads to more. More inspiration, unity, love, poetry, compassion, empathy, trust, dreaming, belonging. Without gunk holding you back, you’ll notice a state of flow as you go about your routines of the day – God’s formula.

Once enough gunk has separated, once a certain stillness has been reached, you’ll find yourself transitioning into a different realm. You enter what feels like a deep sleep dream-like state of hallucinations, of lucid, vivid dreams. The spiritual journey can sometimes be exhausting, it’s not uncommon for one to wake up in a pool of sweat.

From prayer to meditation to µFLOW to øDOSE, our tools battling ego are effective. Ego must be kept at a graspable level, day-to-day, to allow for tools to take hold of your inner voice and tune it down.

Minimalism within is about taking your fair share of ‘indulgence’. What does your fair share lust look like? Gluttony? Pride? There are degrees of subjectivity, degrees of freedom you can only answer to. Only universal truth is that whatever you decide your fair share to be, understand that the more of any of the gates of hell you entertain, the bigger the mental strain. You are better off with less. Keep in mind the addictive high resulting from these gates – the more you entertain, the stronger the temptation next time, the harder your next battle with Satan will be. Minimalism is one of your spiritual goals.

Keeping the gate of lust completely open is an exercise of entertaining every lustful thought and action. You’re married with 3 kids, yet you’ve taken every opportunity for lust you could muster. A few years pass, and you’ve been intimate with multiple people. What does that do to your marriage, your family? Sure, the sex was a great few minutes – I don’t need to elaborate on the cocktail of emotions resulting from intercourse. What comes next? What about the stress? What about the shame? What about the strain? Is there no inevitability for destruction? Have you not guaranteed a highly strenuous, hellish experience that is reality? This matryoshka doll that is family is shattered, broken, no longer holier than thou.

When you take your fair share, ego is graspable. You have a fighting chance, through tools and wisdom passed down for generations, lost somewhere in translation. How you define ‘fair share’ is up to the degrees of freedom you’d like to allow for yourself. If left uncontrolled, ego will fill the void and take the driver’s seat in decision-making.
